Film Festival in LondonThere’s always something going on in London. But in a city of this size, knowing exactly what, when and where, is harder than trying to find a needle in a haystack, because you don’t know where the haystack is or even whether the item you are trying to find is even a needle. So, here are some of the capital’s best events going on in an area near you.

Film

From 12-27 October London hosts the British Film Institute’s Film Festival. This year over 200 fiction and documentary features will be shown including 360 staring Sir Anthony Hopkins, Jude Law and Rachel Weisz and directed by Fernando Meirelles and a Dangerous Mind from David Cronenberg starring Keira Knightley, Viggo Mortensen and Michael Fassbender.
